Calling all pallbearers.........

I am about to embark on something tonight (and for the next 90 days) that could possibly be the end of me. That's right.. i am talking about my mortal enemy....exercise. (What am I doing!!!!) A non-exerciser married to a avid exerciser is just embarrasing. TW has been jogging almost daily this past year and does a big run (she calls it a big run, i call it a death wish) of about 14 miles on Saturday's. UGH! She is getting fit, and I am making sure that our great TV does not go to waste. And to my credit i am doing a VERY good job. Besides maybe I am staying completely out of shape to help her feel better about herself.. yeah right!

So tonight I start the "P90X" workouts:

So in the off chance that I actually make it through the workout tonight and can walk tomorrow, or for that matter at all this week- then I will let you know how it goes.

In the mean time friends---get the ice packs, ben gay and hot pads ready!!!!

Those guys on that box cover may look buff, but I bet they can't stamp worth a lick!! You got more stamping muscles than all those gym rats put together!!

Exercise if you must, but I love you anyway you are!!

BTW... I am sitting here just cracking up out loud, thinking about the time you busted open your pants on stage and had to duck tape them together again for the next presentation...maybe now is not the best time to bring that back up??!!

Can't wait to see you in Virgina Beach at the Regional!!

first of all, you are not even out of shape, but you should exercise just to make the rest of us "half-to" exercise people feel better. =) but otherwise i am with you and would rather keep my couch company.
14 miles is a killer, can't believe it....i'm jealous.

Well I didn't actually read this post b/c I've been hearing about it so much lately that I just decided to skip it. :) However, I'm w/you Tatum--I don't really think Jaron NEEDS this program--but at the same time I admire him for going for it.

In fact I exercised last night too and it is truly an amazing feeling!!! :) Good luck Jaron and I can't wait to hear more!
